what will I be proud of? will i be able to say that i treated those around me with love, respect and kindness? i am the mother of a beautiful, vibrant 9 1/2 month old baby girl. she is growing before my eyes...how could she have just barely been able to focus on good night moon at the end of her long day and now she is crawling away from me giggling? i am re-reading an oldie but a goodie, the four agreements by don miguel ruiz.

i'm pretty sure that if I held these lenses up to every action that I would be...perfect? maybe not, but i would be a bit closer to who I want elodie to look up to. this is definitely a book that is worth revisiting annually.
