i would say one of the biggest themes of my twenties was coming to terms with being apart from my loved ones. time, space, commitments fling us to the farthest corners of the earth, away from each other. every moment we spend together is a blessing. parting can be bittersweet but i'd take it over not having the laughter, the comfort, the love of my friends or family.
